Annual General Meeting  2023

This year’s AGM will be held on Saturday April 22^nd. Since we will have to deal with the resolution of de-registering our association with the Ministry of Government Services, it is hoped that all active members will show up either in person or by proxy. The same restaurant we had our last AGM has been booked for this event.

In order to fulfill the minimum requirement of reserving the entire room for the meeting and dinner, the Executive Committee has agreed to subsidize part of the cost with our accumulating fund to the first 50 registering members and spouse. Please reserve the date to participate in this important gathering.

The 20th Annual General Meeting of the Bishop Hall Jubilee School Canada Alumni will be held at Chef 88 Oriental Cuisine 百樂海鮮小炒
3261 Kennedy Rd #3, Scarborough, ON M1V 2K1 (Kennedy & south of Passmore), Ontario on Saturday April 22, 2023.

AGENDA 

1.   To adopt the minutes of the 19^th Annual General Meeting held on  April 9, 2022 

2.   To receive the President’s report of 2022

3.   To adopt the financial statements of 2022

4.   To vote de-registering the BHJS Canada Alumni as a non-profit corporation in the Ministry of Government Services

5.   To allow the current Executive Committee members to continue their services until a new governing committee is formed

6.   Tributes to members graduated in 1973, and members graduated in 1983

7.   Any other business
