The 13th Annual General Meeting of the Bishop Hall Jubilee School Canada Alumni will be held at The Emperor Fine Chinese Cuisine at 9019 Bayview Avenue, Unit 9, Richmond, Ontario on Saturday April 2, 2016.

2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Minutes

The 12^th Annual General Meeting was held at 7:00 pm on March 28, 2015, at The King Dragon Cuisine龍匯軒at 505 HWY 7 East, Thornhill

Minutes: (40 members attended)

1. To adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on March 30, 2014

The minutes of the 11^th AGM was adopted unanimously.

2. To receive the Executive Committee’s report for the year 2014 – President’s report

President Christina Chan presented the report for year 2014 and was received.

3. To adopt the financial statement for the year 2014 (Appendix B)

Assistant Treasurer Heather Lam presented the financial report of 2014 and was adopted.

4. To nominate & elect the Executive Committee members for 2015-2016

Members acknowledged the continuation of the existing EXCO members to serve the period of 2015-2016.

5. Tribute to class of 1965 & class 1975 graduates

Tribute was paid to the class 1965 graduates. Winston Chiu Shin Wing, Lila Tong and Peter Yan Yuk Kwong present were honored.

Tribute was also paid to the class 1975 graduate. Terence Kwong Kwok Wah present was honored.

6. Any other business

The meeting was adjourned without further business, and the annual dinner followed immediately.
