2014 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Minutes

The 11^th Annual General Meeting was held at 7:00 pm on March 30, 2014, at the Emperor Fine Chinese Cuisine, 9019 Bayview Avenue, Unit 9, Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Minutes: (44 members attended)

1. To adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on March 16, 2013

The minutes of the 10^th AGM was adopted unanimously.

2. To receive the Executive Committee’s report for the year 2013 – President’s report                        

President Christina Chan presented the report for year 2013 and was received.

3. To adopt the financial statement for the year 2013 (Appendix B)  

Assistant Treasurer Heather Lam presented the financial report of 2013 and was adopted.

 4. Tribute to class of 1964 & class1974 graduates

Tribute was paid to the class 1964 graduates. Mathew Lam Kai-ching, Edward Lee Chau-wing, Danny Ng Chung-kit and Edwin Wong Yiu-wing present were honored.

Tribute was also paid to the class 1974 graduates.Adonza Chan Mui-kwan, Judy Choy Ka-yu, Rosita Ho Pui-yee, Richard Kwong Tung-choi, Martin Leung Koon-hung, David Li Yiu-chung and Vivian Li Yuk-bing present were honored.

5. Any other business

The meeting was adjourned without further business, and the annual dinner followed immediately.
